• Easy To Operate: Comfytemp's vision is to make red light therapy home, simple and accessible even to the elderly. • Usage Experience: Comfytemp recommend using the infrared light blanket 20 minutes per day. For the first use, you may feel localized comfort with minor pain relieved. Insist on using it over 3 weeks, it will help you feel more relaxed and relieved. Note: wear clothes of different colors or thickness may cause some light to be wasted, reducing the effect. Effectiveness order: no obstruction, thin and transparent white cloth, thin and transparent cloth of other colors.
